The Gourmet Renal Cookbook
  This cookbook reflects the collaborative efforts of renal patients and a renal dietitian to provide recipes and nutrition guidelines for the special needs of the dialysis and pre-dialysis patient. Includes the National Renal Diet, a nationwide standard of exchanges for people with kidney disease.
