More Than Movement for Fit to Frail Older Adults
  This book provides professionals with creative activities for the body, mind and spirit to encourage movement among older adults of varying abilities. Professionals in adult care centers, hospital programs, senior centers, nursing homes, and other group settings will benefit from these easy-to-lead activities.
